Hello friends! I’m super excited because this is one of my favourite patterns yet! This shawl is so beautiful, simple, and fast to knit.
It’s made up with Garter Stitch, so that’s pretty much the only stitch you should need to know how to knit (basically it’s just a knit stitch).
It is a perfect weekend or travel project and super repetitive so it doesn’t require a lot of attention.

Materials
- 5.5 mm Knitting needles with 120 cm cord, I used the Takumi Interchangeable knitting needles by CLOVER
- Three skeins of yarn I used Soft by Red Heart Yarns (234 meters / 141 grams per skein)
- Scissors
- Tapestry Needle
- Knitting needles Point protector by Clover (optional)
Stitches you should know
- Slip Knot
- Knit stitch
Abbreviations:
K = Knit
KFB = Knit front and back (increase)
Colour A measures 11 inches (29 cm) from the bottom to stop
Row 104, 105: K, KFB, K until the end with colour B
Row 106,107: K, KFB, K until the end with colour A
Row 108,109: K, KFB, K until the end with colour B
Row 110, 111: K, KFB, K until the end with colour A
Row 112-162: K, KFB, K until the end with colour B
Colour B measures 7 inches (18 cm)
Row 163, 164: K, KFB, K until the end with colour C
Vuelta 165, 166: K, KFB, K until the end with colour B
Vuelta 167, 168: K, KFB, K until the end with colour C
Vuelta 169, 170: K, KFB, K until the end with colour B
Vuelta 171, 172: K, KFB, K until the end with colour C
Vuelta 173, 174:K, KFB, K until the end with colour B
Vuelta 175-211: K, KFB, K until the end with colour C
Colour B measures 5 inches (12 cm)
When finished cast off your stitches and try to do it very loosely so that the top of the shawl will be a bit stretchy.
Now wave in your ends and that’s it !! You’re all done!
