This wrap was designed to be super flowy, airy and perfect for an evening walk, sitting by a lake or the beach.
We use 2 different stitches that create that holey look and make the fabric super light.
Also using a larger needle makes this piece extra squishy and with a lot of movement.
About the yarn I used
To make this shawl/wrap, I used 100% acrylic yarn, which is super versatile.
I used Color Theory by Lion Brand yarn, which is very soft and easy to work with.
You can definitely use any type of summery yarn, like cotton, bamboo, silk, or any other blend that feels soft and light for the summer.
Adapting the size
This pattern is very easy to adapt to any size you want. All you need is an uneven number of stitches. Make a small swatch to calculate how wide you want it to be, and as per the length, stop at any time!
