Hi, I’m Daniela — knit and crochet designer, maker of many things, and the person behind this space.
I was born and raised in Chile and have been living in Canada for the last 9 years. I live with my partner and our two kids, and between family life and running my business, I spend most of my time doing what I love: designing modern knit and crochet patterns and sharing them with an amazing online community.
I learned to knit when I was 8 — my grandma taught me — and later taught myself how to crochet during my early 20s, thanks to the University of YouTube. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a full-time job, and now I design patterns, film tutorials, and help others build their skills through approachable and fun projects.
My style is simple, practical, and modern. I like clean textures, wearable pieces, and patterns that are easy to follow but still interesting to make. I care a lot about designing things that feel good to work on and even better to wear, use, or gift.
I started this platform to share that process — the real behind-the-scenes of designing, making, and balancing it all. Whether you’re here for a new project, a tutorial, or just to see what’s currently on my needles/crochet, I’m glad you’re here.
